Scope of Work: •Demo existing restroom/ breakroom walls, ceilings and fixtures.  • Install new plumbing, electrical and mechanical •Install new drywall, wall/ floor tile and accoustical ceilings. •Install all new fixtures, millwork, partitions, appliances and accessories.  

Time Frame:•12 weeks from start of construction to client turn over.
