Scope of Work: •Demo and prep site in the FPL parking lot.  •Complete underground electrical, plumbing, fire suppression system.  •Provide install building foundation for Modular Storm building. •Coordinate building installation with building vendor and oversee final onsite construction of building.  

Time Frame:•12 weeks from start of construction to client turn over.
